With you all the way :
from the first design stage,
to the commissioning
of your installation.
Your project manager supports you at every stage.
The Philosophy of a family business, on an International scale...
With Transitube International, you have one single dedicated point of contact : your project manager. They support you through every stage of your project – from the first design stage to the commissioning of your custom installation.
Your project manager is your 100% available, responsive and dedicated partner. This way of working creates a clear framework, streamlines communication and brings a human dimension to our collaboration.
Concretely – what stages will you go through with your project manager ?
Phase 0 > Project study
Our solutions are 100% custom-built.
-> We design fully customised installations based on your project.
-> We engineer our equipment to match your real operational constraints.
So before anything starts, we take the time to understand your real situation. All you need to do is answer a few questions about your product, your environment and your objectives.
A Transitube International expert then analyses this information and comes back to you with a first reading of your project: what is feasible, how, and where to start.
Phase 1 > Implementation study and design
This first phase takes place in 2 steps:
1 – Full diagnostic of your product and project
Before any design work begins, we take the time to truly understand your situation. Your powder, your line, your constraints…
This diagnostic can be conducted on-site or remotely, depending on your location and needs. And when necessary, we test your powder directly in our testing stations to validate the right technical solution before moving forward.
On-site or remotely, our engineers analyse your real operational environment:
→ Your material behaviour,
→ your space and environmental constraints,
→ your existing equipment, your production flow…
Nothing is assumed. Everything is verified.
2 – Design and 3D modelling
Our engineers work from the specification validated by you and your project manager to begin 3D conceptualisation. This is where your custom solution takes shape for the first time.
Equipment innovation, space optimisation, product behaviour validation… Everything is built around your real operational constraints. During this phase, your project manager will present the different versions of your 3D solution by video call.
The design is built step by step, together. Each iteration is validated with you as the project progresses – so by the time we reach the final version, it’s already yours. As long as the solution does not fully match your expectations, the project goes back to the workshop for further optimisation.
What you receive: a complete technical file – layout diagram, required equipment, integration plan for your existing line.
Phase 2 > Manufacturing
Once the design is validated, manufacturing begins in our workshop. Our engineers carry out a full pre-assembly of your installation – every component is assembled, checked and verified before it ever reaches your site. Technical drawings, documentation, parts lists – everything is prepared with precision.
Once the pre-assembly is validated, we also manufacture your custom electrical control panel, which will allow you to control your entire installation in just a few clicks. No improvisation on-site.
When we arrive, everything is ready.
Phase 3 > Delivery, Installation, and Commissioning
Your solution is now ready for delivery and implementation.
Our teams come directly to your site for installation and commissioning.
Your project manager coordinates the entire process – from mechanical assembly to final adjustments – ensuring every detail is handled with precision.
Integration of your solution and electrical control panel
Mechanical compliance checks and real-condition testing
System configuration and calibration (screw rotation direction, speeds, motor intensities, flow rates…)
A Transitube technician is always present on-site throughout the entire process, from the first bolt to industrial commissioning. Once the installation is validated and running, we don’t leave without completing a full team training.
Your operators and maintenance staff are trained directly on your line – on how to use the solution, how to clean it, and how to maintain it properly. The goal is simple: your team is fully autonomous and confident from day one.
You have full decision-making power from A to Z. Your production is operational from the very first day of commissioning.
Phase 4 > After installation: a partner, not a supplier.
Transitube International is a family business. A know-how and a philosophy passed down from generation to generation since 1961.
We care deeply about maintaining that family spirit with our clients. Just because commissioning is complete does not mean we walk away.
After delivery, we remain by your side – available and responsive for all your needs.
Responsive and accessible support
On-site or remote: one point of contact who knows your installation and can respond quickly.
Maintenance and follow-up
Diagnostics, checks and optimisation before problems arise.
Long-term partner
Your production changes? We adapt the system without starting from scratch.
Frequently asked questions - Our Support Process
No. The Phase 0 project study is completely free and requires no commitment whatsoever. You answer a few questions about your product, your environment and your objectives — and we come back to you with a first analysis of your project, what is feasible, and where to start. No purchase order, no obligation.
Every project is different, so timelines vary depending on the complexity of your installation, your production constraints and your location. Your project manager will give you a clear timeline from the very first exchanges. What we can guarantee is that you have one single point of contact throughout — so nothing gets lost between stages.
Yes. Wherever your production facility is located, your project manager and their engineers will travel to your site for the Phase 1 site visit. This on-site visit is a non-negotiable part of our process — it is the only way to truly understand your real operational constraints before designing your solution.
Unlimited. During Phase 1, your project manager presents the different versions of your 3D solution by video call. As long as the solution does not fully match your expectations, the project goes back to the workshop for further optimisation. There is no cap on the number of rounds — we iterate until you are fully satisfied.
At the end of the design phase, you receive a complete technical file covering: the layout diagram of your installation, the full list of required equipment, and the integration plan for your existing production line. This document serves as the foundation for Phase 2 manufacturing.
Both options are possible. You have full decision-making power. If you prefer your own team to handle installation, assembly and cabling, we can supervise and provide guidance. If you prefer us to take full charge of the on-site installation, we do. Your project manager will discuss this with you during the project study phase.
Commissioning is not the end of our relationship. After your installation is up and running, we remain available for on-site or remote technical support, preventive maintenance, diagnostics and system optimisation. If your production evolves and your installation needs to be adapted, we can do that too — without starting from scratch.
Yes. The installation phase includes full team training if needed. We train your operators on the use of the solution, the automation systems, the electrical control panel, and preventive maintenance procedures — so your teams are fully autonomous from day one.
